We use a nomination process. Astreya teams propose the company, outline the high level use case, and define the value they expect it to create. A nomination committee then reviews the proposal, debates the fit, and evaluates the ROI for clients. If it meets our standards, the partner is greenlit and moves into evaluation and onboarding.

We are one hundred percent data driven. For each engagement we align on the outcomes we want to influence, often centered on customer experience, efficiency, or reliability.
