Remote power for self healing environments. As a key partner in Astreya’s managed services ecosystem, Gude’s intelligent PDUs provide the critical foundation for remote power control. These PDUs are network managed devices that allow Astreya’s support teams to switch individual outlets, power cycle unresponsive equipment, and monitor power and environmental conditions in real time. Combined with automation, this enables self healing reboots of frozen AV or UC hardware, often resolving issues before anyone submits a ticket and reducing the need for costly onsite service calls.

How do you select partners?

We use a nomination process. Astreya teams propose the company, outline the high level use case, and define the value they expect it to create. A nomination committee then reviews the proposal, debates the fit, and evaluates the ROI for clients. If it meets our standards, the partner is greenlit and moves into evaluation and onboarding.

How do you measure outcomes across partners?

We are one hundred percent data driven. For each engagement we align on the outcomes we want to influence, often centered on customer experience, efficiency, or reliability. The input into measurement is the data derived from the delivered service and the partner engagement. Every outcome is data driven, which helps remove as much subjectivity as possible.

Can we bring our existing partners into the mix?

What does “co build” mean and how do joint pilots work?
