Louise Winstone brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to Astreya. Before joining Astreya, she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at KORE Wireless, where she led transformative HR initiatives that significantly enhanced employee engagement and streamlined operations across multiple regions. Prior to KORE Wireless, she was the CHRO for PRGX, where she was instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives and managing large-scale organizational changes. This appointment comes at a unique time when our people will be at the forefront of redefining how work and innovation evolve.
Some of her notable achievements include increasing employee engagement scores by 25% at KORE Wireless through innovative HR programs, streamlining HR operations resulting in a 30% reduction in process times, and leading strategic HR initiatives at PRGX that supported significant organizational growth. Louise holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor’s degree from Middlesex University. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence in human resources.
